This could well be Newman's best home workshop/shed located right in the middle of Town. This monster 12m x 7m (approximately) shed has double garage doors at the front and a single garage door on the side which means the shed can be accessed down either side of the house. To make this even better the shed is fully insulated, has ample lighting, work benches, shelving and even a small mezzanine level. In addition to this there is under cover car parking for at least 6 cars, absolute man heaven.
As a bonus we will even include a house. The house has been recently refreshed and presents surprisingly well. There are 3 bedrooms, newish kitchen and bathroom, split air conditioners throughout and descent living area.
Only real men need apply so if this is for you call me today.

Newman is a mining company townsite in the Pilbara region, 1184 kilometres northeast of Perth. The townsite was gazetted in 1972 after the Mount Newman Mining company developed a large iron ore mine at Mount Whaleback. The townsite is named after the nearby Mount Newman, a 1055 meter high mountain in the Ophthalmia Range.
Mount Newman was named by the surveyor W F Rudall in 1896, "in honour of our late leader". Newman was Aubrey Woodward Newman, the original leader of the survey party carrying out surveys in the neighbourhood of the Ophthalmia Range in 1896. He contracted typhoid fever at Peak Hill and, too ill to continue, was later returned to Cue where he died on May 24th, 1896.
