Opportunity knocks – huge 977sqm prime beachside land in top spot and with Ocean views !

Rare find - this is one of the last available blocks in old Yanchep which is almost flat level, has subdividing potential and Ocean views!

This massive 977 sqm block is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac within the sought after “old part” of Yanchep.
The elevated block captures both beautiful ocean views from an elevated ground floor or second storey (see photo’s of potential view), and the essence of coastal living - all within easy walking distance to the beach.

The block is nearly a perfect rectangle, relatively flat, with a street frontage of over 25 m, depth of over 35 m and raised slightly at the rear to maximise ocean views (there are ocean views from ground level at the rear already).
Some of the existing boundary fences are not in their correct places so please call me for further details.

Whether you’re looking to build your dream home or to invest you can’t go wrong as there aren’t many blocks left at this size!
Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and create your dream lifestyle by the ocean.

With millions spend on infrastructure and works on the future foreshore development commencing, Yanchep has emerged from a seaside village into a coastal town without losing its charm and heritage and is earmarked to be THE coastal hotspot.

This the time to buy now as prices will only go up as properties like this won’t be available anymore in the years to come.

With train line and freeway extension on the way a huge number of people made Yanchep their home in the past years already as the coastal lifestyle with “city connection” is very appealing and even more so these days!

Yanchep overview

Yanchep is an outer suburb located on the coast, 56 kilometres north of Perth. Originally a small crayfishing settlement, it was developed by entrepreneur Alan Bond in the 1970s. The name ‘Yanchep’ was adapted from the Nyoongar word ‘Yandjip’, or ‘Yanget’, which is their word for the bulrush reed that is abundant around the wetlands of the area. Its boundaries as a suburb are extremely large, covering over 220 square kilometres and taking up almost the entire northern and north-eastern portion of the City of Wanneroo.

Life in Yanchep

As a suburb, Yanchep has a shopping centre with a large Woolworths and various specialty shops such as a newsagency, butcher, bakery, hair salon, travel agency, cafe, massage and nail salons and fast food outlets. A garden centre, vet and various other businesses are also located in the industrial area a few hundred metres from the shopping centre.

Yanchep is a popular tourist destination due to its close proximity to the Yanchep National Park, therefore most residents are located in a small enclave around Yanchep Beach Road, near the coast. There are two primary schools and one secondary school in the area, with a new primary school expected to open in 2021.
