SO MUCH TO OFFER

A neat and tidy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in a quiet cul-de-sac street that literally has all the major features people want in a home! The property makes full use of the solid 829m2 block that even the front yard is secluded and allows for ample private off street parking and an electric door on the single carport that allows for the drive-thru access to the backyard.

Internally you are greeted by the front lounge room with the pot belly fire to keep you toasty during the current winter months. The kitchen and bathroom have had an upgrade and the real bonus is the huge games room extension off the back of the home which gives you an excellent extra entertaining option or expanded living space.

Out the back you can take your pick with the positives! Great rear patio which overlooks the below ground pool, or the large powered shed which is always on the "must have" list. All of this and yet still ample lawn / garden at your disposal! It really has just about everything you could want in a property!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
