Here is your chance to secure a lovely family home, located in a sublime position, backing onto the Bunbury Golf Club, and just a short stroll to the Collie River. This 80's built, architecturally designed home has the hallmarks of excellent family living, with modern upgrades to make this a very special home for the next owners.
Beginning with an open entry with a step-down sunken lounge, high raked ceilings, and a feature fireplace, as well as reverse cycle AC to climate control the entire space this is a great family space looking into the green space courtyard, providing privacy and a tranquil outlook. There is an adjoining dining area, with a lovely outlook to the north, sun-soaked rear yard, and resort-style swimming pool. The kitchen also overlooks the same space, with full-width windows allowing an abundance of natural light in, with an island bench and excellent storage in a very practical and workable kitchen space.
The Master bedroom is massive, with a full walk-through robe and a beautifully upgraded ensuite. There is a full-length sliding door overlooking the pool, what a lovely way to wake up in the morning. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are generous in proportion, and both also have BIR, while the second bathroom is also huge, complete with a double vanity.
The Western wing of the home is designed for easy living for guests or a teenage retreat, complete with an additional living area, with French doors leading to a semi-enclosed outdoor retreat, including the 4th Bedroom. The laundry has been upgraded and renewed to include an additional shower, with a separate powder room, making the home a rare 3-toilet home. The versatile and convertible design shows the flexible options for a family of almost any size and caters for guests for a short or longer period if required. If you have family coming to stay from overseas, this is a fantastic option, again with split system AC to climate control the room.
Moving out to the outdoor entertaining space, we have a full-length patio overlooking the resort-style pool, with the backdrop overlooking the 3rd Fairway, with the local Kangaroos lazing nearby, along with the other natural wildlife in the area. There is also a spa for relaxing after a hard day on the golf course, or a long work week. If you need space for a workshop, there is a handy shed and an additional Garden Shed for holding tools and storage in general. The home has a secure double LUG with a full remote door, and a shopper's entrance into the home. And just when you think there can't be any more....the home has solar panels to assist with rising power bills, as well as mature loquat, lemon and mulberry trees. This is a truly delightful home and needs to be inspected to be appreciated.
