Not only does the property have a double aggregate driveway, with an over-sized garage, but on the left-hand side, another driveway purposely built for a caravan or boat.
The inviting front facade leads you through the portico to the front entrance where solid brass lights hang either side of the double doorway, bought out from England over 50 years ago saved from the 'Sheffield Hotel' as it was being demolished.
The formal entry is a stunning entrance piece, with its high recessed ceilings. Garage access to the right and the hallway to the left leads to the minor bedrooms, all queen size rooms with twin sliding door robes, the third has walk-in and easy access to the spacious, master bathroom and laundry in quality neutral tiling.
A spacious theatre room with double doors either side, rests behind the double garage, a generous room giving you privacy, from the open plan living at the rear.
The high ceilings flow throughout and give another dimension to the spacious open plan living with meals area, separate family room again with that impressive, recessed ceiling facing the right way to get the northern sun in winter. The kitchen is tasteful and practical with granite benchtops, a walk-in pantry, with breakfast nook and stainless steel appliances, giving you the perfect amount of space to cook up a storm.
Finally, the master bedroom at the rear. You'd be forgiven for thinking you were spending your days in a resort with the stunning open ensuite, a huge deep bath, massive walk-in robe, double vanities and separate toilet, off the master bedroom. The bonus of an extra sliding door out to the alfresco area and those views of the Estuary in the distance.
Best of all this home is low maintenance and easy to maintain, and with all the extra features you'd expect including solar Hot water, ducted reverse cycle aircon and finished with quality fittings as well.
