Solid & Well Presented

Far from whispering about its potential, this home sings all about possibilities. It's a super solid starter or family upgrade that behaves like one; dependable, fabulously maintained and presented, and absolutely ready for all the real life you can throw at it. First built in the 1970s, this home offers room to breathe and grow, without worrying a dot about how the house will cope. Mornings will feel easier when everyone has their own space to slowly wake up to and a spot at the breakfast bar to chat over juice. Afternoons stretch longer when kids can run off steam on the lawn or cannonball into the pool, all while watching on from the kitchen, directly into the yard. And evenings settle naturally when the park is just a short walk away and fresh air becomes part of the routine instead of something you have to remember to schedule.

That main bedroom is generously proportioned and flooded with natural light - a place where you can close the door and remember you're more than just the logistics manager of a household. The front living room invites lounging with warmth, the kitchen is both stylish and functional, and it flows into the dining space through a classic brick archway that's a subtle reminder your home was built in an era when things were made to last. Then there's the fantastic upgrade - an enclosed patio sunroom which becomes a lifestyle multiplier and multi-season versatile space you probably didn't realise you needed but won't ever want to live without again! The servery window connecting this room to the kitchen ensures everyone stays connected and your resident chef never disappears from the conversation. In fact, there are all kinds of great corners here that aren't trying to impress you with flashy inclusions, just a calm confidence of a place that's been thoughtfully designed and wonderfully maintained since.

Features include:
• 1970s built, well presented, solid family home
• 3 bedrooms
• 1 neat & functional bathroom
• Plus additional shower in laundry
• Modern kitchen
• Front living room
• Fabulous enclosed patio as 2nd living space
• Split system air conditioning
• Double carport
• Heated pool with new pump and filter
• Solar panels
• Low-maintenance yard with lawn
• Walking distance to the park
• 712sqm block

Outside offers everything a busy family needs, and nothing extra you'll have to sacrifice your weekends to look after. There's a pool which will become the go-to spot every summer, a generous lawn for kids and pups to play, and that enclosed sunroom with its durable flooring means high traffic with wet feet won't ever be a problem. You've got garden aplenty you can either leave low-fuss with its native plants and mulched beds, or completely overhaul with a green thumb and a plan. Not a thing to do here except everything you'd like to.

Solid, smart, oh so ready for life.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake.
