The perfect beach shack

Situated in the much sought after "original Area" of Kalbarri this property is a large duplex block (845sqm). The house is basic with a magestic Gum tree shading the home and the front verandah that runs it's length. The living area is open and has a near new split-system Air Conditioner. The kitchen is functional, basic but functional with a gas stove and room for a fridge. With 3 bedrooms this basic property has loads of potential and would be a great lock and leave or fisherman's shack with plenty of room for parking the boat and easy access down each side of the house there is lots of room to play with. Vacant posession is not a problem so if this is ticking your boxes then give me a call to arrange an inspection Cheryl 0427 981 955.

Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
