When Size Matters

If space is what you need, this home delivers in every way. Whether you’ve got a large family, love entertaining, or simply want room to spread out, 85a Peel Terrace is must-see.

Set on a generous 642sqm block, this thoughtfully designed double-storey home offers six large bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms—a rare find so close to the heart of Busselton.

Constructed in 2022, the home features solid double brick construction on the ground floor, with the upper level built in lightweight timber frame and blue board with texture coat finish. This clever combination provides strength downstairs and a lighter, more efficient build upstairs whilst maintaining the modern appeal.

Accessed via a private battle-axe driveway with a large turning area, the property boasts a double lock-up garage with high clearance—perfect for four-wheel drives. From here, you can step inside through the garage’s PA door or make a grand entry through the oversized front door into a spacious foyer.

The open-plan living zone is designed for modern living, complete with a sleek kitchen for the home chef and stacker doors that seamlessly connect the indoors to the outdoor alfresco and decking area. A separate lounge/theatre room provides space for family movie nights or entertaining guests.

Downstairs includes:
• A double-sized bedroom with access to the front grassed area
• A home office
• Laundry with external access
• Stylish bathroom
• Powder room
• Under-stair storage

Upstairs, you’ll find:
• Five bedrooms, including a huge master suite with walk-through his & her robes and a luxury ensuite
• One additional bathroom servicing the other bedrooms
• A study nook and multiple storage options
• Fresh carpets (the upper level has barely been lived in since completion)

Busselton overview

Busselton is a city located 220 kilometres south-west of Perth and was one of the earliest settlements in Western Australia. The Busselton area was named in honour, an early and notable family of pioneers who were the first settlers in the area in 1832, however the name officially used in June 1835. It is believed that the Bussells were not consulted about the name and preferred the name Capel after a relative in England, Capel Carter, but the name Busselton was retained.

Life in Busselton

The main economic focus in Busselton has gradually shifted from agriculture to tourism which has grown the district significantly over the years. Not only is Busselton blessed with a beautiful waterfront including calm, white-sand beaches, superb whale watching and a lively foreshore with beachside cycle paths, it also has a buzzing cultural hub with a great food and wine scene.

Busselton is also home to the Busselton Jetty which stretches 1,841 metres out to sea and is the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere. At the end of the jetty there is a world class ‘Underwater Observatory’ which descends eight metres to the ocean floor via a spiral staircase to display an awe inspiring forest of vividly coloured tropical and sub-tropical corals, sponges, fish and invertebrates.
