This is a beautiful house, tucked away at the back but on its own green titled block. Here you will have full ownership of your land and driveway and no strata fees to pay.
Built in 2011, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 2 separate lounge areas, with a theatre room type area in what I would call the parents wing of the home. The large master bedroom with a private ensuite and walk in robe is nicely separated from the kids bedrooms... in case you need the privacy to make more kids.
The setting is an easy care block, but there are still plenty of things you can do to add your own personal touches and flair.
Hartfield Rd benefits from being next to Hartfield Park which includes some very cool activities like; Golf, Skate-park, Soccer, Footy, Hockey and assorted indoor activities at the rec centre.
This is a really good opportunity to pick up a good sized modern family home in a very cool location.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
