A character Kensington home with elevation, light and future upside.
Set on an elevated corner block with a desirable north-facing frontage, this immaculate three-bedroom, two-bathroom character home offers warmth, space and potential in one of Perth’s most connected inner-city suburbs.
Behind its classic post-war façade, the home delivers the proportions people love from this era: high ceilings, solid construction and generous rooms filled with natural light. The living and dining areas are inviting and practical, flowing to a well-kept kitchen designed for everyday family life.
The accommodation is simple, comfortable and immediately liveable, with three well-sized bedrooms and two neat bathrooms supporting an easy family layout.
Outside, the backyard offers room for children, pets and entertaining, while the block’s corner position, elevation and orientation add genuine long-term appeal for those thinking about the future.
A garage provides secure parking and valuable storage.
The lifestyle is equally compelling. Little Banksia Café, Kensington Primary School, local parks and bus routes are all close by, with Victoria Park, the Swan River, Crown, Optus Stadium and the CBD just minutes from home.
For families, character-home lovers and buyers seeking a well-positioned home with future potential, 83 Lansdowne Road is an opportunity with plenty to offer.

Kensington is a small suburb bound by South Terrace in the south and Canning Highway in the west. Developed in the post-war years, the suburb was named after the former Kensington Park Racecourse, which was most likely named after William Samuel Cox's Kensington Park Racecourse, in Melbourne. It is in a convenient location close to a number of inner-city urban hubs and just a few kilometres from Perth City.Â
A number of parks and reserves dominate the Kensington landscape providing plenty of scenic vistas and open public space for locals to explore. The retail and amenity requirements of residents are largely serviced by establishments in surrounding areas, however there is one supermarket within the suburb. Kensington borders Perth's Technology Park, is close to Curtin University and features one local school, Kensington Primary School.
