The heart of the home is the impressive kitchen, beautifully appointed with premium Miele appliances and an oversized walk-in pantry designed to satisfy even the most enthusiastic entertainer.

Complimenting the main residence is a fully self-contained three-bedroom cottage with bathroom and study, ideal for extended family accommodation, guest stays or a caretaker's residence.

Beyond the homes themselves lies a lifestyle property unlike any other. Secure electric gates open onto a sweeping circular driveway that wraps gracefully around the residence, while side vehicle access from Helena Street provides convenience.

The impressive three-phase powered shed offers parking for up to five vehicles and ample workshop space, while the solar-heated swimming pool creates a true resort atmosphere. Adjacent, the pool house has been transformed into a private wellness retreat featuring a sauna, gym area, kitchenette, bathroom and two separate office or creative spaces — perfect for those seeking work-from-home flexibility or a dedicated health and wellness sanctuary.

Beautifully established gardens surround the property and are maintained via a bore feeding two 11,500-litre water tanks servicing the reticulation system.

Despite its private setting, the property enjoys exceptional convenience with local shops within walking distance and a bus stop positioned directly outside the front gate.

Mundaring overview

Permanent settlement in Mundaring began in 1882-84 when Mr Peter Gugeri established a vineyard south of the Eastern Railway. The first railway siding at Mundaring was named after him and for some years the area was generally known as "Gugeris". A later settler, M H Jacoby, took over Gugeris' vineyards in 1893, and named the business the "Mundaring Vineyard Company". The name came from an Aboriginal camp situated nearby and the meaning given to Jacoby by the aborigines was "a high place on a high place". The correct pronunciation was "Mundahring" but common usage has gradually converted this to "Mundairing".
