SECOND CHANCE! OCEAN VIEWS & A RELAXED LIFETYLE!

Start your relaxed lifestyle in this spacious and convenient family home with its iconic façade, perched to take in incredible views over bushland to the sparkling blue sea. Here, you're not just buying a home - you are unlocking a lifestyle to rival the best parts of Margaret River… only without giving up the city, just 30 minutes from Perth CBD.

This home is all about space, views, and effortless entertaining. Designed with the modern family in mind, there are multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, perfect for gathering with friends or retreating for some well-earned solo time.

Downstairs: Space, Flow and Functionality

Step inside and be welcomed by a grand entryway, leading into a relaxed sitting area where you can sneak a glimpse of the ocean. Tucked beside the double garage is a versatile multi-purpose room, featuring soft carpeting and expansive windows that frame views of the surrounding bushland and ocean. Whether you need a home office, a creative studio, or a rumpus room where the kids can play and leave their toys behind closed doors, this space adapts to suit your lifestyle.

The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and casual living space with easy-care polished concrete floors- ideal for sandy feet and everyday living. Modern bifold doors open to a spacious timber-decked alfresco area, perfect for hosting or unwinding while the kids (and furry friends) roam freely on the lush lawn.

Four spacious bedrooms, all with garden outlooks and built-in wardrobes. One downstairs bedroom comes complete with walk-in robe, ensuite, and private garden access-making it a perfect second master or guest retreat. Completing the downstairs layout is a well-equipped family bathroom, a separate powder room, and a convenient laundry with external access.

Upstairs: Views and a Private Sanctuary

Head upstairs to where the views really open up-a panoramic coastal outlook from the living area and the 'sky lounge' (an undercover roof terrace that begs for sunset drinks).

The upstairs master suite feels like a private sanctuary, with its own ensuite, walk-in robe, and a wraparound balcony to soak up the ocean glimpses.

Outside: Nature, Sustainability and Space

The large backyard and gardens surround the home and are both beautiful and functional. With lush gardens, established fruit trees, veggie beds, and three rainwater tanks, it offers sustainable living and plenty of space for kids to explore and play. There's even enough room for a game of hide-and-seek.

Mindarie overview

Mindarie is an outer coastal suburb of Perth and forms part of the City of Wannerroo. The suburb was named after Lake Mindarie in nearby Carabooda and is a Noongar word meaning either "stand by" or "green water", first recorded by Alexander Forrest in 1874. After being briefly used for its limestone deposits in the early 20th century, the suburb was formally established in 1988 with the construction of the Mindarie Marina and hotel, one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state.

Life in Mindarie

While Mindarie is mostly a residential suburb, it does have a fairly large amount of infrastructure and amenities with two minor shopping precincts. The suburb's coastline is taken up by the Mindarie Marina which is a popular tourist destination. Along the boardwalk, the marina contains a three-storey hotel, two restaurants, a microbrewery, a pub and cafe. There is also a primary school, Mindarie Primary School and a secondary school, Mindarie Secondary School, in the area.
