Big, Bold & Beautifully Renovated

Beautifully renovated and ready for its next family to move in and make it their own, 8 Coral Place, Eaton is an impressive two-storey, five-bedroom, two-bathroom home offering an abundance of space, comfort and versatility.

Built in 1991 and positioned on a generous 928m² block with approximately 206m² of living space, this spacious family home has been thoughtfully renovated, creating a light-filled and inviting interior complemented by a calming neutral colour palette.

From the moment you step inside, there is an immediate sense of warmth and space. Positioned at the front of the home is the first of two living areas — a comfortable place to relax and unwind or enjoy time with family and friends. A dedicated study area sits conveniently to the right of the entrance, providing a practical space for working from home, studying or keeping the household organised.

Moving through the home, the open plan kitchen, dining and secondary living area forms the heart of everyday family life. Spacious and functional, the kitchen offers generous bench space, modern appliances and plenty of storage, making it ideal for everything from busy weekday mornings to entertaining family and friends.
Adding something a little special is the dedicated bar area — perfect for mixing a cocktail, pouring an after-work drink or entertaining friends on the weekend.
A wood fire brings warmth and character to the main living space during the cooler months, while air conditioning provides additional comfort throughout the seasons.
Accommodation is spread across both levels of the home, providing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. All five bedrooms are generously sized and feature built-in storage.

Upstairs, two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access to the balcony, creating a wonderful extension of the home and a peaceful place to step outside and enjoy glimpses of the estuary and surrounding area.
Both bathrooms have been beautifully renovated with a fresh, contemporary finish, with one featuring the convenience of a separate shower and bathtub — ideal for family living.

Outside, the home continues to impress. A large undercover patio provides plenty of room for outdoor dining, weekend barbecues and entertaining family and friends, while the substantial 928m² block offers the space that growing families will appreciate.

Beautifully renovated, spacious and filled with features, 8 Coral Place combines the flexibility of two-storey family living with generous indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces and the added bonus of a balcony with glimpses towards the estuary.
This is a home with room for everyone — and plenty of opportunity for its next family to create years of wonderful memories.

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
