Located approximately 45 minutes' drive from the edge of metropolitan Perth is the Mauravillo Estate in Wundowie. Surrounded by wide rural landscape we encourage you to escape to the country and breathe a bit easier and while you are there see why a number of people have already realised their dream of a rural retreat.
At just over 3 acres this property has been given a bit of a head start by the current owner. A bore has been installed to enable the olive and native trees already planted to establish, the bore required to be powered by a generator when being used.
Power and scheme water are available to the block and we would encourage prospective buyers to contact Western Power and Water Corporation to discuss connection.
We encourage you to take a drive to Mauravillo to see the area and then ring us to discuss how you could secure this block.

The townsite of Wundowie is located in the Darling Range 72 kilometres east northeast of Perth and 31 kilometres west southwest of Northam. It is located adjacent to the original railway track from Perth to Northam, and in 1907 the Railways Department applied for a name for a newly constructed siding at the 53 Mile between Werribee and Karrijine. The name Wundowing was suggested by the Lands Department, and this was shortened to Wundowi by the Surveyor General.
