3x2…NOT STRATA!

Set in the foothills between the Canning Highway and Albany Highway this great place is tucked away at the end of a quiet no-through road. It's a neat and tidy home and it delivers exactly what so many buyers are chasing - easy living, a practical layout, and the freedom of no strata fees or restrictions.

LIVING HERE
Step inside and you're welcomed into a light-filled open plan living area that brings everything together beautifully. The kitchen sits right at the centre of the home, overlooking the dining and lounge, so whether you're cooking, entertaining or just keeping an eye on things, you're always part of the action.

The master bedroom is positioned for comfort and privacy, complete with its own walk-in robe and ensuite. The two secondary bedrooms are both well-sized and fitted with built-in robes, making this a genuinely functional three-bedroom home - not one where someone gets the "box room".

OUTSIDE
Out the back, you've got a great little alfresco area that's ready for weekend barbecues or a quiet spot to unwind at the end of the day. The yard is low maintenance, which means you can keep it bare and simple like it is now… or add your own touch over time. Either way, it's easy living without the demands of a whole lot of upkeep.
