75 Hartfield Road is a safe and secure complex with a level of quality finish which has been rarely seen through this area. Stone benches, reverse cycle air-conditioning, feature stone and high ceilings are just a few of the extras that this gorgeous complex has to offer.
Many Strata developments can feel quite sterile and bare but what a credit to the developer that they have retained some beautiful mature trees that create a stunning entrance to the complex. The addition of a communal BBQ area with shade sails means you don't have to be strangers with your neighbours. What a great place for the kids to make new friends and the parents to socialise. You can also relax knowing that the secure gated community can only be accessed by residents and the inclusion of 8 security cameras covering all parts of the complex means you can always be watching what's happening outside from the comfort of inside your home.
This amazing home is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a secure lockup double garage. The living areas feel particularly spacious from the use of high ceilings, bulk heads and wall recesses. The chef is going to be happy with plenty of storage, gas 900mm Smeg stainless steel freestanding cooker and oven, stone bench tops and waterfall ends finishing of the kitchen nicely. The stone doesn't stop there with the luxurious upgrade to the bathroom and laundry bench tops also. The Master bedroom room has built in or walk in robes and you will be nicely surprised by the size of your ensuite.
These homes really have that wow factor and in a suburb which has so much happening. For the sports enthusiast, the Hartfield Country Club is directly across the road along with Forrestfield Tennis Club, Kalamunda Hockey Club and Hartfield Recreation Park all within a kilometre radius. Both Roe and Tonkin Highway are only 5mins away and the drive to either the Domestic or International terminals of Perth Airport would be under 15mins.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
