What we love...
... is the amazingly spacious interior of this brilliant villa. It's currently set up as a 1 bedroom with generous living areas but is easy to convert to a 2 bedroom and still have two separate living zones
... is having a large open plan lounge room and dining area looking out to the roses and frangipanis in the stunning gardens maintained by the complex
... is having the ability to have two different TV areas so when my husband watches the footy I can watch my stuff at the other end of the house
... is the privacy of our courtyard and covered outdoor entertaining area
... is the brilliant little community we have here. You have your independence but there are great neighbours around you
