What to know...
WARWICK COLONIAL VILLAGE is not a lease for life. You own the property and can even rent out the property provided the tenant is over the age of 55. There are no exit fees either if you decide to move.

Strata fees are not high here. The management is handled really well to make sure strata fees are kept down.

There is a large community common room with a kitchen and bathroom facilities. This area can be used by all and can be booked out. It also houses the community library for all to share their reading material.

You have easy access to public transport on Ballentine Road that has a bus service on it going to Warwick Shopping Complex and Warwick Train Station. Greenwood Village Shopping Centre is also a 10 minute walk away as is The Greenwood Tavern.
