CLASSIC HOME WITH MODERN CONVENIENCE

Set on over half an acre of land, this beautifully presented home is a charming place to visit and a wonderful place to live. From the picket fence cottage charm to the mammoth indoor/outdoor living area this is one special place.

LIVING HERE
I'll keep it brief; you can see more in the video and floor plan. It's a lovely home and there's a lot to take in.

This awesome property combines 1930s character living with modern open plan style. The original home has soaring high ceilings, with that pressed tin beauty bringing a degree of charm that they just don't produce any more. The gorgeous original timber floors in the entrance and skirting boards are very attractive and a reminder of how things were done so right back in the day. There are three bedrooms, plus the lounge room at the front of the home. The kitchen is very practical, and there's ample workspace between it and the adjoining pantry/drop zone/utility area. The great big backroom is an enormous enclosed patio. It offers the best of indoor/outdoor living, creating a highly impressive open plan area that offers so many options.

Opening out to the beautiful big backyard, there is so much to get excited about. There's additional patio space at the back of the home, overlooking the inviting plunge pool. It's such a great property, with the home positioned well to the front of the block so you have all that space to enjoy at the back. There's a great workshop, a smaller store shed and even an outhouse. Build on the veggie gardens, let the kids run about, lets the chooks free range. You've got the space, you've got the options!

WHERE IT IS
What's the deal with Beverley?... Just under 130km from Perth, 110kms from Kelmscott at Brookton Highway, Beverley offers the idyllic balance between peaceful country charm and the convenience of modern amenities. Google reckons it's 1 hour and 20 minutes to the airport. If you're working FIFO it's a dream life.
With a rich heritage, all the essentials like shops, cafés, schools and a local pub, this is a town where people know your name and life moves at your pace.

The home is opposite the recreation grounds and across from the aquatic centre. It's an easy and pretty walk to the school around the corner. You can pretty much walk everywhere in town and from my experience, the kind folk of Beverley give a nod or a "G'day" as you go along the way.
