PERFECTLY LOCATED AND SO WELL DESIGNED

There's something remarkably relaxing about being eye-level with the trees - and this peaceful, calm home has the benefit of being a treetop hideaway like no other.

This is a beautifully crafted home designed for living together, but not on top of each other. The floor plan shows how well that's been achieved, but a visit in person really brings it to life - once you experience it for yourself, you'll see just how impressive it truly is.

Set on over half an acre of land, it offers privacy and appeal on a wonderfully extensive level.

LIVING HERE
This is a fantastic design for day-to-day living. The central living space is right at the heart of everything that happens in this home - with the kitchen and meals area flowing beautifully out to the alfresco. It's the kind of place that's simply a pleasure to be in.

The kitchen is well appointed with high-quality appliances and plenty of functional workspace. The soaring high ceiling adds both character and a real sense of openness. It's been designed with intentionality for togetherness, and it's achieved that perfectly.

Beyond this, the large lounge room at the front of the home enjoys a beautiful outlook and an abundance of natural light - a fantastic space to unwind.

The main bedroom has been designed as a getaway within the home. It already feels like you're miles away from everything, with big double doors opening out to the balcony and a real sense of seclusion. The ensuite is attractive and practical, and there's no shortage of storage with a large walk-in wardrobe.

The secondary bedrooms are at the other end of the house and are all generously sized. There's also an activity room separate from the main living areas, giving whoever lives in this part of the home their own space. It's ideal for the kids to be kids - and for their never-ending piles of stuff to stay out of the main living zone!

Have a look at this section of the floor plan and you'll see what I mean - there's real family convenience built into this design.

OUTSIDE
Heading outside, you can go whichever way you like - follow the sun or hide from it depending on the season - as you enjoy the uniqueness of this outlook. It's an exceptional setting and a rare opportunity to live amongst the trees in comfort and style. The balcony wraps around most of the home and the outdoor living space is a wonderful place to be.

Heading up the block there is a great shed up the top and if storage is in demand there's great space under the house, with the pole home being constructed to make for excellent access. It's very well set up! There's great easy-care gardens planted around the property, with established fruit trees and more.

WHERE IT IS
It's a beautiful place to be, but while we've got this feeling of seclusion it's just minutes from everything. Check it out, you'll see it's close to schools, shops, cafe's, restaurants and more. It's an exceptionally practical place to be.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth.
