FOUND: 4x2 with side access to workshop!
Not only is 73 Apricot Street located in one of Forrestfield's favourite neighbourhoods, but it is also only 60 metres away from the rural part of Maida Vale, where horses can still be seen trotting along the backstreets on a peaceful weekend!
Located in a neighbourhood the locals lovingly refer to as the Fruit Bowl, and only 200 metres away from the shiny new Hales Estate too, here you're literally smack in the middle of 3 beautiful areas, with parks and nature almost at your doorstep.
And of course, the side access to the powered garage workshop is the main event here!
Bring the tools, the cars and the caravan too, because you'll have room for them all on this well laid out 600sqm block.
The house is a good quality 4x2 built in 2004, with two main living areas and a central kitchen looking out to the awesome back yard.
Also I do love the tree.
Get in touch with the Mitchell Brothers today or feel welcome to come to one of our home opens soon. Quite soon preferably though as we don't see this property waiting long!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
