Workshop + 4 Bedroom Home

Four good sized bedrooms, a large open plan living area with real parquetry flooring and a massive shed out back complete with its own kitchenette and WC.

Set across the road from babbling Bannister Creek Reserve and a short walk to both Bannister Primary, Lynwood Senior High as well as an easy stroll to Local shopping and recreation areas.

Much loved for many years the property has undergone some minor changes and some of the maintenance had been deferred so ideally this would suit anyone prepared to update, renovate or restore to former glory.

And the huge shed area out back with partitioned office area is the ideal work from home base or storage for your favourite toys.

Offered as is where is intending buyers are welcome to bring their inspectors PRIOR to making an offer.

Lynwood overview

In November 1964, the Shire of Canning proposed that this area be named "Willetton" after Henry Willett of Willett and Co." Early landholders in the area. In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton". This amendment was approved in 1965 and the name "Willetton" was used for an adjoining locality.
