What to love
Located in one of Dampier's most enviable pockets, this stunningly renovated 4-bedroom home is a true coastal showpiece. Every detail has been considered - from the panoramic ocean views that greet you at every turn, to the designer finishes and thoughtful inclusions that make this property as practical as it is beautiful.
Sitting on a generous 1020m² block, the home has been completely transformed from the ground up. The Oregon timber frame remains, but everything else is brand new - roofing, plaster, cyclone-rated windows and sliding doors, plumbing, electrical wiring, even Wi-Fi cabling to key spots including the house, granny flat and shed. With full insulation inside and out, comfort is assured year-round.
Step inside and you'll fall in love with the Spanish terrazzo porcelain tiles, the light-filled living spaces, and the chef's kitchen complete with top-of-the-line AEG appliances, an integrated Liebherr fridge and separate freezer, and a Zip Hydrotap that delivers instant hot, cold and sparkling water. The sage-green cabinetry reflects the owners' wisdom in sparing no expense here. The master suite is a true retreat with a large walk-in wardrobe, luxe ensuite, and its own cassette reverse cycle air conditioning.
Outside, entertaining is taken to a whole new level. Both the front and rear alfresco areas are lined and spacious, with the back featuring SolarSpan roofing and a built-in outdoor kitchen. Cool off in the 4x8m inground Magna mineral pool, heated with a 12kW pump and serviced by its own purpose-built pool shed.
For those needing space for toys, the 7.5 x 12m insulated garage with electric roller doors and oversize fans is perfect for a large boat or caravan. Plus, there's the bonus of a designer-built granny flat (or She Shed) complete with bathroom, toilet, and outdoor shower - ideal for guests, extended family, or a creative retreat.
This home is loaded with extras:
• 3 bathrooms + 4 toilets
• Built-in robes to all bedrooms
• Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout (even in the laundry and granny flat!)
• 13.05kW solar system with 8.3kW battery stack

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.
William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
