This is not your everyday build.
From the moment you step inside, the difference is clear with coffered ceilings, decorative skirting and trim, custom cabinetry and shelving, and feature panelling combine to create a home with genuine character.
The interiors feel clean, fresh and airy, with natural light pouring through and enhancing every carefully considered finish.
The kitchen has been beautifully designed for both style and function. Deep drawers, classic shaker cabinetry, a waterfall stone island bench and quality 900mm appliances make a statement, while the generous walk-in pantry/scullery keeps everything neatly tucked away.
The bathrooms continue the theme of modern elegance, with clean lines, neutral tones and quality tapware throughout. The main bathroom offers a large vanity and an expansive wet area, while the ensuite delivers everyday luxury with a double vanity, a modern design and quality fixtures.
Four generously sized bedrooms provide space for the whole family, complemented by a study nook with a built-in desk, ideal for working from home or homework time. The laundry has been thoughtfully fitted with a beautiful timber benchtop and built-in linen storage, balancing practicality with style.
Ducted air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, solar panels add efficiency, and a solid brick shed offers valuable additional storage.
Set directly opposite the estuary, the lifestyle on offer is just as impressive as the home itself with peaceful outlooks, walking paths and open space right at your doorstep.
Homes with this level of detail and design rarely come along.
