This charming property is packed with some seriously cool potential and yes - you may notice that it needs a little bit of love here and there - but honestly, don't we all? Located on a 700sqm block in a fantastic central Forrestfield location, this 4 bedroom 1 bathroom extended home has dual density R20/40 zoning meaning that there is some interesting subdivision potential for now and into the future too. Live here and be just a moments' walk from local shops, schools and of course the famous Woodlupine Brook waterfall. Awesome.
On the inside:
This is a bigger extended family home with a great floorplan. There are four comfortable bedrooms and multiple living areas fit for the larger families. The lounge overlooks your front yard and your formal dining space, while further into the home the extended living area is the perfect extra space to unwind and unpack. This would suit as a cool games room, pool room or even just an extra space for the kids to store the toys. Handy! The galley kitchen is right in the heart of the home and has plenty of bench space and storage to suit all your needs. There's gas cooking here and an electric oven too.
The master bedroom, largest of the four, sits proudly at the front of the property. The remaining three of the secondary bedrooms are located towards the properties rear and all of which are comfortably proportioned and have built in storage.
On the outside:
Guests are greeted by a modernized rendered façade and a single secure carport that leads directly through to an ultimate entertainer's combo. Out the back is where this property really shines. There is a big below ground pool and a standalone 'BBQ zone' patio too. Fully fenced and well-manicured it is super easy to see yourself relaxing on a Sunday here. A great backyard is generally a must have for us Forrie locals and I can't wait to hear about your housewarming.
As mentioned before, this 700 sqm block does offer some really cool future potential too. There may be the ability to retain and build but this would require removal of the existing carport, pool, patio and the construction of a two-storey residence (in order to access the higher zoning of R40). You should be able to retain the existing home though, which is a pretty neat feature! All of course subject to council and WAPC approvals and we encourage you to seek independent advice.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
