Sought-After Location, Solid Home & Move-In Ready

Located in one of Narrogin's most desirable pockets, this solid double brick and iron home sits proudly on a generous 1012sqm block in a quiet cul-de-sac where properties rarely come to market. With extensive renovations already completed, this is a move-in-ready opportunity ideal for first-home buyers, families or investors.
Step through the front door into a welcoming foyer that leads through to the comfortable lounge room, complete with reverse-cycle air conditioning and modern window treatments. The kitchen is well-appointed with a 900mm stainless steel oven and plenty of storage, making meal preparation a breeze.
A separate dining room sits just off the kitchen-perfect for family meals, or easily repurposed into a home office thanks to its central location within the home.
The master bedroom is positioned at the front of the property and also features reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. The bathroom has been tastefully updated, and there is the added convenience of a second toilet plus an additional shower space off the laundry.
The second bedroom includes its own R/C air conditioning, while a third good-sized bedroom is located at the rear of the home.
Step outside and you'll find a spacious backyard that is a blank canvas ready for your landscaping ideas. There is an existing shed for storage, and the block also benefits from rear lane access.
All of this is within walking distance to shops, schools, sporting facilities and the town centre. With its outstanding location and solid home, this is a fantastic opportunity in a tightly held street.

Narrogin overview

The townsite of Narrogin is located in the great southern agricultural region, 192 km south east of Perth and 32 km east north east of Williams. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and when this line was opened in 1889, Narrogin was one of the original stopping places. The railway line was a private line, and the Company that built the line declared a private townsite here in 1891. The railway was purchased by the Government in 1896, and in 1897 Narrogin was gazetted as a government townsite.

Narrogin is an Aboriginal name, having been first recorded as "Narroging" for a pool in this area in 1869. The meaning of the name is uncertain, various sources recording it as "bat camp", "plenty of everything" or derived from "gnargagin" which means "place of water".
