This is a one-of-a-kind property for those who are tired of seeing the same old formula layout over and over again.
Not only is it a stunning home with high ceilings throughout, it is on a huge 1,597m2 block - which is as rare as hen's teeth right in the middle of town!
Surrounded by other homes of display-home quality, it is also close to parks and gardens and the kids can walk to the local school.
Polished timber floors gleam through most of the home, every bedroom has built-in robes and the bathrooms are right off 'The Block'. Nine foot ceilings add a further sense of grandeur.
The kitchen is a stunner with ample bench and storage space, including a walk-in pantry. An enormous home theatre, a family room and an upstairs games room complete the interior space.
An undercover alfresco provides views of the leafy backyard that is so private you would think you were living in Leschenault. There is heaps of room for kids to play, climb trees and have as many friends over as they like.
