Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, 680 sqm of land and a backyard that's pretty much got your summer sorted. There's a whole lot to love about this one.
It's neat. It's tidy. It's ready to go. With two living spaces, a huge outdoor entertaining area and a below-ground pool, this is a home with plenty of room for living life, inside and out.
LIVING HERE
The big double-door entrance gives you a welcome that's a little grander than you might expect. On one side, you'll find the lounge and dining area. On the other, the main bedroom and second bedroom, with a passage through to the central living space. It's a practical design that brings everything together very comfortably.
The lounge has plenty of room to work with, and the adjoining dining area accommodates a good size dining table. The fireplace serves the lounge, with another heating outlet through to the living area on the other side of the wall. Evaporative air conditioning provides cooling throughout.
The kitchen is original, but it has been exceptionally well kept. There's a double sink with drainers on both sides, an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave nook, pantry and plenty of power points
The main bedroom has built-in robes with drawers and additional storage above, plus a neat ensuite with updated tapware and a rainfall showerhead. All three secondary bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, with bedroom two currently set up as a study.
The main bathroom offers a separate bath and shower, while the laundry has room for the washer and dryer, nearby linen storage and direct access to the patio.
There's lovely natural light throughout, and everything feels clean, comfortable and well cared for.
OUTSIDE
Come out under the expansive patio, get the barbecue going, find yourself a chair and balance your time between the pool and the patio.
There's a lovely lawn area alongside it, room for the sun loungers and poured limestone that helps keep the maintenance manageable.
Alongside the house, there's a generous stretch of additional space with potential to create access for a caravan or extra parking by replacing the existing fixed fence panel with a gate. There's also a carport and garden shed, so the practical stuff is well catered for too.

With a 12 square kilometre land area, Thornlie is the largest suburb within the City of Gosnells. Established during the post-war years, significant growth didn't occur until the late 1950s and lasted through to the 1980s. A slight population increase was experienced during the 1990s, but since has remained relatively stable.
Thornlie presents an appealing suburban lifestyle away from the hectic nature of inner-city living. An array of reserves and parks add to the suburban charm of Thornlie, while strong transport links keep the suburb well connected to the Perth metropolitan region.
Locally major features include a number of shopping centres such as the Forest Lakes Shopping Centre, Spencer Village Shopping Centre and the Thornlie Square Shopping Centre.
Recreational facilities are another appealing facet with Leisure World and the Tom Bateman Sporting Complex (home to the Perth Heat Baseball Club) all close by. There are several local schools in the area, such as Thornlie Primary School and Thornlie Senior High School.
