Not only is this a bright and fresh family home, with plenty of light filled living spaces inside and superb entertaining areas outdoors - but it is also located in a particularly awesome neighbourhood too!
With easy access to Roe High Way, Maida Vale Primary School, parks, and very soon only a 5-minute drive from the almost completed High Wycombe Train Station too (according to Google Maps calculations).
This 2002 built, four bedroom two bathroom home has a super spacious master bedroom, as well as some excellent living spaces. These include; a front theatre room, French-doors leading to a sun room, semi-open plan lounge and dining and a central kitchen with views to the swimming pool too!
Speaking of pools, this one is equipped with jet stream technology. This means that you can swim towards the jets, and never quite reach the end. This is of course an optional setting but is golden for those wanting to keep fit. You could literally just keep swimming in one direction until you can't swim anymore (which is actually awesome if like me you love swimming but suck at tumble turns). Or you can switch the jets of and just enjoy a refreshing splash with the kids.
There are two sheds here and side access is possible through the carport garage.
The outdoor patio area is a party paradise, and will make an excellent venue for the house warming party you're going to want to have once you get your hands on the keys.

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
