This perfectly presented villa is an absolute delight. From the moment you walk in it just feels homely and relaxed.
LIVING HERE
With a modern kitchen and plenty of functional workspace, this is a practical home to live in. Even the laundry has been updated and there is lots of space for storage in here. The bedrooms are all of a very decent size and the master bedroom with the big built-in robe, has ample space for larger furniture styles. Everything about this place feels right, including the fact that it is so immaculately clean.
There is a neat garden surrounding the house and the very neat and tidy backyard is a real highlight. There is a big patio stretching right across the length of the house so you have a beautifully protected area to enjoy throughout the year. There is a shed with room to keep all those bits and pieces out of sight and out of mind. It really is a must-see property.
WHERE IT IS
So very close to so very much, you are just minutes away from shopping centres, daycare centres, schools, and more. It's a really neat complex of well-presented homes and this one is set towards the back of the complex and whilst it's easy to get to you wouldn't know it was here if you didn't know to look for it. There's public transport just up the street with the bus running to the train station.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
