There comes a time when the weekends become less about mowing lawns and maintaining a large family home, and more about enjoying life's simple pleasures. A morning walk through the park, coffee with friends, travelling when you choose, or simply relaxing in a home that's comfortable, secure and easy to maintain.
Positioned opposite a beautiful reserve within a small over-55s community, 7/6 Fragrant Gardens has been thoughtfully adapted to suit exactly that lifestyle.
Originally built as a three-bedroom residence, the home has been reconfigured to create an open study or hobby room adjoining the living area. It's a simple change that makes a remarkable difference. Rather than a rarely used third bedroom, the additional space creates a brighter, more practical floorplan that today's downsizers are genuinely looking for.
The open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly to the private outdoor entertaining space, while two generous bedrooms, ducted air conditioning, a well-appointed kitchen and secure lock-up garage provide everything needed for comfortable everyday living.
Opposite the park, surrounded by established gardens and close to shops, medical facilities and public transport, this is a home that allows you to spend less time maintaining and more time enjoying.

Mirrabooka was formally created as a suburb in 1982 following the abandonment of the original vision of the area, which was to be a ‘satellite city’ that would help accommodate a rapidly growing post-war population. Mirrabooka is 14 kilometres from Perth and largely characterised by single detached dwellings of brick and tile construction.
Residents in Mirrabooka have a good supply of public open space and parks to enjoy at their leisure. The Herb Graham Recreation Centre is a terrific multi-purpose sport and community centre with function rooms available for hire. The Mirrabooka Regional Centre caters to the suburbs amenities and commercial requirements and features the Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre. Within Mirrabooka there are also three primary schools, one high school and a public library.
