Peaceful at home and connected to everything beyond it, this updated townhouse enjoys the best of both worlds. Positioned within a boutique group on the Menora and Mount Lawley border, it combines low-maintenance living with a location that keeps cafes, shopping, public transport and the Perth CBD close by.
An abundance of natural light and easy-care flooring create an inviting living and meals area, where glass sliders open to a generous covered ModWood deck and private courtyard. The updated galley kitchen has been thoughtfully finished with Caesarstone benchtops, soft-close cabinetry, quality Westinghouse appliances, an induction cooktop and LG dishwasher, while the adjoining laundry offers direct outdoor and carport access alongside additional bench space for everyday practicality. A dedicated study nook provides welcome flexibility for working from home or managing day-to-day life.
Both bedrooms are privately positioned on the upper level and feature new carpet and split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort, with the master bedroom also offering a built-in robe. The renovated bathroom continues the home's fresh presentation with integrated mirror storage and a built-in vanity, while a second WC downstairs adds further convenience.
The partially covered deck extends the living space outdoors, creating a relaxed setting for entertaining friends, weekend barbecues or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home. Requiring very little upkeep, the courtyard offers the privacy of your own outdoor retreat without the maintenance that often comes with it.
From morning coffee on Beaufort Street to dinner in North Perth, daily errands, public transport and the CBD are all within easy reach. It is a location that makes the most of your time, while offering a peaceful place to come home to.

The suburb of Menora grew out of a large area generally referred to as Mount Lawley.  In 1954, the Nomenclature Advisory Committee, working with the Postmaster General established suburb names and boundaries for the inner metropolitan area. The area of Menora was considered unnamed, and Menora was chosen as the name because of the Menora Picture Theatre located in Walcott Street within the area. Â
Menora is home to a large Jewish community, the heart of which is the Perth Hebrew Congregation. It is close to the Carmel Jewish School and other Kosher facilities such as the Kosher Food Centre and Besh Fresh cafe. A Jewish synagogue was opened on Plantation Street in 1973 and remains a significant spiritual focus for Perth's Jewish community.
The suburb contains some commercial ribbon development along Walcott Street, which allows local residents to access retail services. Other facilities include a large number of public open space reserves and several pocket parks, Saint Paul's Primary School and several homes for senior citizens.
