A STEP BACK IN TIME

Where do I start with this home?
Absolutely fabulous opportunity to secure a historic home.
The moment you step into it you will see what it has to offer.
Set on a generous 4218sqm block, this is one property that is sure to generate plenty of interest.
Where in metro can you find over an acre of land with a charming cottage that has withstood the test of time at a price like this?
Super high ceilings, wide passage way, generous living area, and wet areas that are straight out of a magazine.
Yes, it will need some work here and there but for someone who is half handy, this is the stuff that dreams are made of.
There is an added bonus of a b/g pool.
The property is well fenced and gated and would be ideal to keep a sheep or 2.

Mundijong overview

Mundijong was originally named Jarrahdale Junction. It was at the junction of the Rockingham-Jarrahdale line and the government line from Perth to Bunbury which was built in 1893. A town grew up around the junction, and a timber depot which included a large planing mill was constructed. The town was first declared as "Manjedal" in 1893 as it was thought to be the Aboriginal name of the area. In 1897 this was found to be incorrect, and the name was changed to Mundijong.
