Offering a wonderful combination of modern comfort, natural light and easy-care living, 68 Jupiter Drive, Australind is a beautifully presented home with a practical floorplan and plenty of space to enjoy.
Built in 2017 and set on a low-maintenance 372m² block, the home offers approximately 129m² of living space, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas.
The master bedroom is generously sized and features its own private ensuite, while the two minor bedrooms are also well proportioned and include built-in robes.
One of the great features of the home is the choice of two separate living spaces. Positioned at the front of the property, the first living area is filled with natural light and provides a comfortable space to relax away from the main hub of the home. Towards the rear, the second living area forms part of the open plan kitchen, dining and living zone, overlooking the backyard and creating a welcoming central space for everyday family life.
The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, connecting seamlessly with the dining and living areas and making it easy to stay connected whether you're cooking, entertaining or simply enjoying time together.
Natural light flows throughout the home, adding to the bright and inviting atmosphere, while reverse cycle air conditioning and insulation provide year-round comfort.
Outside, the easy-care backyard keeps maintenance to a minimum, with a small undercover patio complete with a ceiling fan providing a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy the outdoors. Automatic reticulation and a double garage add further practicality.
Whether you're looking for your first home, somewhere to downsize without compromising on living space, or a quality investment in Australind, 68 Jupiter Drive offers comfortable, low-maintenance living that's ready to enjoy.

The Company purchased 103,000 acres on Leschenault Inlet, and named the settlement proposed there "Australind", a combination of Australia and India.
Residents of Australind can enjoy all the attributes of living close to the coast, while being part of a connected community. Bunbury is only a short drive away however within the suburbs there is the Australind Village Shopping Centre, a 24/7 Spud Shed Store and the 18-hole Bunbury Golf Club. There are two high schools and six primary schools in the area.
