Imagine waking up to the ocean breeze, knowing your home isn't just beautiful - it's designed to make life easier, more comfortable, and more affordable. At 66 Karril Turn, Yanchep, every detail combines coastal charm with smart modern living.
Inside, a chef's kitchen with stone benchtops and endless cupboard space is made for long lunches that drift out onto the patio. A cozy enclosed media room sets the scene for family nights in, while the electric feature fireplace brings warmth and romance.
But here, practicality shines just as brightly as the lifestyle. Solar panels keep energy bills low, so you can run the ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning all summer long without the worry. A whole-home water filtration system means every glass of water is crisp and pure - an everyday luxury that also saves you money on bottled water. These are the little things that add up to big comfort, day after day.
Step outside and feel the magic of summer entertaining. Host sunset gatherings from your elevated decked pavilion, unwind under the patio with shade blinds, or let the kids run free on the lush, reticulated lawn. With side access, raised veggie gardens, and a shed, this home is practical as it is inviting.
Here, every day feels like a holiday - where modern living meets the romance of the coast.

Yanchep is an outer suburb located on the coast, 56 kilometres north of Perth. Originally a small crayfishing settlement, it was developed by entrepreneur Alan Bond in the 1970s. The name ‘Yanchep’ was adapted from the Nyoongar word ‘Yandjip’, or ‘Yanget’, which is their word for the bulrush reed that is abundant around the wetlands of the area. Its boundaries as a suburb are extremely large, covering over 220 square kilometres and taking up almost the entire northern and north-eastern portion of the City of Wanneroo.
As a suburb, Yanchep has a shopping centre with a large Woolworths and various specialty shops such as a newsagency, butcher, bakery, hair salon, travel agency, cafe, massage and nail salons and fast food outlets. A garden centre, vet and various other businesses are also located in the industrial area a few hundred metres from the shopping centre.
Yanchep is a popular tourist destination due to its close proximity to the Yanchep National Park, therefore most residents are located in a small enclave around Yanchep Beach Road, near the coast. There are two primary schools and one secondary school in the area, with a new primary school expected to open in 2021.
