BEAUTIFUL POSITION AND AWESOME VALUE

Set on one of the most sought-after streets in the area, this beautifully positioned four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has absolutely everything going for it and is set at a price that is guaranteed to see it move quickly.

With the Banyowla Regional Park at the back of the property, you can walk for miles and miles and enjoy the beautiful views from the top of the hills and the native surroundings of this fantastic location.

INSIDE
The living spaces are great and whilst it needs a bit of a freshen up it is a solid and well-designed home. The kitchen is at the heart of it all, it is a big space with plenty of room to move, plenty of room to work, and plenty of things you could do with it to make it more attractive. It's been updated sometime in the past twenty-odd years and whilst it's not modern it's definitely not bad!

Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room with plenty of space for lounges, TV, and whatnot. At the front of the home is the meals area and the large lounge room with beautiful, raked ceilings. The views from here as the sun sets are lovely and it really is one of the most impressive parts of this home.

The master bedroom is at the front of the house, it has built-in-robes and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedrooms are all of a good size and all three feature built-in robes and are at least big enough to fit a queen-sized bed, one of them could fit a king size and is as big as many master bedrooms. It's a real family home.

WHAT'S IT LIKE?
It's not bad, in fact, it's pretty good there are some things you could do to improve it a little, it could do with a paint, it could do with some updates to the main bathroom and a few maintenance things that would make it more homely, but overall, it's solid and definitely top value.

OUTSIDE
The patio has a fantastic view and is sure to be the scene of many a family gathering. You can start in the afternoon and finish well after the sun sets having enjoyed the sky show that dusk brings each day.

There is a patio adjacent to the main living area as well which is a well-protected and shady part of the home, it is visible from the kitchen so it could be a great place for the kids to play if need be. Out the back we have plenty of space to enjoy, it's rather barren at the moment but you could do a lot with it and it's a workable space. There is a large shed and whilst you don't have drive-through access to the yard it is a great workshop or storage space. There is so much you can do out here as you go further up the backyard the views get even better you can put a gate in so you can walk straight out from the back yard into the state forest and really enjoy everything this location has to offer.
