An island bench houses the sink while providing a sociable centerpiece of the living space. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric under bench oven & a dishwasher. A tile fire in the living area keeps the house cozy in the winter.
A paved alfresco provides a cool spot for outdoor entertaining, just off the main living area. Kick back and relax while you enjoy the sounds of the sea.
The backyard has really good side access, perfect for the boat or caravan or the addition of a shed if needed. Two garden sheds are used for garden storage.
