Brand-New Living in a Growing Australind Location

Positioned on a corner block within a new Australind subdivision, this beautifully presented brand-new four-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers modern, low-maintenance living with plenty of scope to create your ideal outdoor space.

Landscaped front lawns and gardens provide an inviting first impression, while neutral décor, wood-look vinyl plank flooring and ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning create a comfortable and contemporary feel throughout.

Located at the front of the home, the spacious master bedroom features plush chocolate-toned carpet, roller blinds and a large walk-in robe. The open ensuite is complete with a glass-screened shower and separate toilet, while a generous linen cupboard is conveniently positioned nearby.

At the heart of the home is the light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, enhanced by high ceilings and direct access to the alfresco. The well-designed kitchen includes a 900mm Westinghouse electric oven, five-burner gas cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher recess, overhead cabinetry, breakfast bar and a large fridge recess. A wide kitchen window provides an outlook across the alfresco and backyard while allowing plenty of natural light to flow through the space.

A large walk-in pantry offers excellent storage, with the adjoining laundry providing direct access to the washing line and side yard.
A separate carpeted theatre room is positioned off the family area, creating an additional space to relax and unwind.

The three minor bedrooms are located within their own section of the home and each includes chocolate-toned carpet, roller blinds and built-in robes with double sliding doors, shelving and hanging rails.

Finished in tasteful neutral tones with modern black fixtures, the main bathroom features a generous bath, vanity and glass-screened shower, with a separate toilet located alongside.

Outside, the brick paved alfresco sits beneath the main roof and overlooks the backyard and side yard. A true blank canvas, the outdoor space is ready for you to create the backyard you've always envisioned. The corner block design allows for the addition of access gates, while still offering ample room for a powered shed, caravan, boat or trailer, making this home as practical as it is stylish.

Complete with a security alarm, landscaped front gardens and a sought-after corner-block position, this impressive new home offers the perfect opportunity to move straight in and make it your own.
