Yes this is something special and a privilege to the very fortunate family that secures this home.
Held in the ownership of the one family since 1975 this is one very loved and cared for property with so many beautiful family memories and gatherings.
Its unique and oversized 3394m2 block is perched up on the high side of 'Tindale Road' a cul-de-sac where in fact only a handful of homes that rarely ever get to market.
The home is beautifully poised and set back from the roadside framed by a lush canopy of trees and pockets of hidden gardens just perfect for children to explore and play.
The home is definitely no cookie cutter design as it exudes what so many would expect from the quintessential hills home including super high raked ceilings, split level floor plan, double side wood heater and huge picture windows that take full advantage of the surrounding greenery and a bonus glimpse of the twinkling lights on the horizon.
The floor plan also has a surprise in store! Although the main home is a traditional split level design floor plan with all four bedrooms and both bathrooms on the upper level and the kitchen and two living zones downstairs this home has the added bonus of a granny flat! Yes multi generational families your prayers have been answered! A separate granny flat under the main roof featuring an open plan studio living area with kitchenette and separate bathroom is yours to cater for the extended family, that home office, teenagers retreat or maybe just the ideal guest wing…
On top of this extraordinary opportunity is handy side access to a caravan port and powered workshop. Plus double garage, kids cubby, old stone storage room, wide verandahs and gazebo for outdoor entertaining plus an art studio!
Words don't do this home justice you have to feel it and see it to appreciate it fully. Contact Ben Ciocca on 0411 113 117 to find out inspection times.

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
