Big Block, Big Workshop, Big Opportunity in Pinjarra!

If you’ve been hunting for a solid family home or a smart investment with stacks of potential, then 6 Pimelea Place deserves your attention. Sitting on a generous block with side access, a huge, powered workshop, and an alfresco that’s practically an extra living zone. This one’s got space, versatility, and value written all over it.

Step inside to a warm and welcoming home where practicality meets potential. The layout flows easily from a bright living area with timber floors and a wood heater, to an open-plan dining and kitchen that’s perfectly functional with plenty of bench space, a built-in oven, and views to the backyard. The separate lounge adds another spot to spread out—ideal for movie nights or a kids’ play zone.

All four bedrooms are well-sized, and the bathroom is neat, with a shower and vanity ready for a modern refresh down the track. Outside is where this property really flexes its muscle. A massive enclosed patio with a bar setup and space for your gym, ping-pong table, or even your next family gathering. And that workshop is powered and ready for tools, toys, or trades.

Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac just moments from Pinjarra town centre, you’re minutes from cafés, Coles, the local pub, and Pinjarra Bakery (worth the hype). The kids will love Cantwell Park’s playground and oval nearby, and the Pinjarra Aquatic Centre is just a quick drive for weekend swims. You’re about 15 minutes from Mandurah and roughly an hour from Perth CBD, with easy access via Forrest Highway.

For first-home buyers, it’s the perfect start with room to add your own flair. For downsizers, it’s easy-living with plenty of workshop space for hobbies. For investors, the demand in Pinjarra for well-sized family rentals is strong—this one’s a low-fuss addition to the portfolio with solid long-term growth prospects.

With rental demand booming and infrastructure growth in the Peel region, properties like this are becoming rare finds—solid returns and scope to increase value make it a standout buy.

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
