Absolute Beachfront Luxury Overlooking Flinders Bay

An exceptional offering within one of Augusta's most tightly held beachfront enclaves, this expansive five bedroom, two bathroom coastal residence delivers luxury, scale and uninterrupted ocean panoramas directly across from Flinders Bay.

Constructed in 2019 and thoughtfully designed across two generous levels, the home fully embraces its blue-chip position with sweeping views stretching across Flinders Bay through to the Swan Lakes. From the upper level, walls of glass frame the ever-changing seascape, creating a living canvas of turquoise waters, passing whales in season and, increasingly, the dynamic spectacle of kite surfers carving across the bay as Augusta emerges as one of WA's rising hotspots for this high-octane water sport. The elevated balcony offers a front-row seat to the action - coffee in hand by morning, sunset aperitif by evening.

Upstairs, the master retreat with private ensuite enjoys both privacy and outlook, while a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living zone forms the heart of the home. Clever architectural screening preserves privacy without compromising the view, allowing natural light and ocean breezes to flow throughout.

The lower level offers exceptional flexibility, featuring four additional bedrooms (including one with private courtyard access), a dedicated office nook, full bathroom and a secondary living area - ideal for extended family, guests or premium holiday accommodation.

Outdoors, easy-care landscaped gardens complement the relaxed coastal setting, while dual double garages provide extensive space for vehicles, boats and recreational equipment. A private sauna elevates the home to resort caliber, set within a sheltered, shuttered entertaining zone designed to be enjoyed year-round, protected from the coastal elements.

Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the sand, this is a rare opportunity to secure a substantial luxury residence in absolute beachfront Augusta - where daily beach walks, panoramic ocean vistas and world-class water sport action unfold directly at your doorstep.

Augusta overview

The most south westerly town in the state, Augusta was named by Gov. Sir James Stirling in May 1830. Until 2003 it was thought the name honoured Princess Augusta Sophia, second daughter of King George III and Queen Charlotte. In 2003 the book "James Stirling - Admiral and Founding Governor of Western Australia" a letter by James Turner is referred to which states "a town is purposed to be built named Augusta, County of Sussex, in compliment to the Duke". Princess Augusta Sophia died unmarried, and the "Duke" is most likely the Duke of Sussex, Augustus Frederick (Hanover), the 6th son of George III. He married Lady Augusta Murray in 1793, but the marriage was deemed a violation of the Royal Marriage Act, and was declared null and void in 1794. Lady Augusta Murray is most likely the person after whom Augusta is named.
