What to love?
Just two streets back from Dampier Beach, the frontage of this home is not the only amazing thing about it. On approach, a stone wall cleverly gives privacy to the stunning pool area, which is overlooked by a covered alfresco complete with built-in barbeque, and the pool's fitted with a reverse cycle heater/cooler.
Perfectly positioned to take advantage of the fabulous Dampier sunsets, access to the living areas is seamless through the large sliding doors. To say this property is immaculate doesn’t quite cut it – it’s sublime!
Inside, the airy open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are lit by recessed downlights, complemented by trendy accent pendants. The stone island bench conceals both a dishwasher and a microwave station, while the huge range with gas cooktop is backed by stylish subway tiles. Everything here is taken care of, with a water softener and filtration system so you can enjoy cool, fresh water.
Venture through the barn door to discover another delight – a butler’s pantry/utility room with its own sink and wine fridge. Hide away all the appliances, including the washing machine and dryer, in this dedicated space designed for convenience and practicality while being bang on-trend. Under-cupboard lighting completes the luxury feel in both the kitchen and the pantry.
Enjoy the flow of wood stamped floor tiles throughout the expansive living area and the rest of the home, leading to three gorgeous bedrooms, each fitted with cozy window dressings, built-in robes, fans, and split system air conditioning. The main bedroom has a feature wall in calm, soothing tones.
Impressed so far? Just wait until you see the bathroom, with its free-standing bath, wall niche, and subway-tiled shower, along with a wall-hung vanity. Nothing has been left untouched.
You’ll be forgiven for thinking the house itself has it all, but head outside to the massive shed with its double roller doors and a rooftop covered in 13.2 watt solar panels to take advantage of the beautiful Dampier sunshine. Inside the insulated, air-conditioned shed there’s yet another surprise – a fully tiled bathroom and shower, perfect for that wash-down after being busy in the workshop.
With full fencing and professionally installed commercial reticulation, this is the home that just keeps on giving...

A town on the northwest coast, west of Roebourne, Dampier was first established as a port for Hamersley Iron in the 1960s. It was also gazetted a townsite in 1972. Dampier is named after the English explorer and onetime buccaneer, William Dampier, who visited the adjacent islands in 1699 in his ship the "Roebuck". The island group through which he sailed was named "Dampier Archipelago" by Captain Louis Freycinet in 1803.
William Dampier (1651-1715) was the first Englishman to set foot on Australian soil. As a young man he took part in various adventures on both coasts of central America, and in 1683 joined a group of buccaneers bound for the Pacific. In 1686 he joined the "Cygnet" under Captain Swan, and in 1688, briefly visited Western Australia near Broome. He returned to Western Australia in 1699 for a longer visit, exploring the coast from north of Houtman Abrolhos to north of Broome. He landed on, and named, Rosemary Island in the Dampier Archipelago on this expedition.
