Coastal Delight!

This property is perfect for the person looking for a relaxed, beach oriented lifestyle. Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is just a short stroll to Binningup's pristine beach.

The spacious, north facing verandah offers an ocean glimpse and soaks up the winter sun, retractable outdoor blinds make this the perfect place to retreat at any time of the year.

The open planned living area incorporates a large country-style kitchen, with solid timber cupboards and neutral benchtops. The double kitchen sink is strategically located to make the most of the ocean glimpses & outlook over the manicured front garden. There is a breakfast bar for casual dining, a cosy dining area and a large lounge area. Raked ceilings with exposed beams help create the light, bright feeling in this living area. In the lounge area there is also a large recessed area, perfect for display cabinets and storage. The open living area has 2 reverse cycle air conditioners as well as a large tile fire. A sliding door allows access to the large gabled patio and backyard.

The master bedroom is at the front of the house and features a large walk in robe, ceiling fan and a recently renovated ensuite with fully screened shower, crisp white vanity and toilet. The ensuite is tiled to the ceiling and two large mirrors add to the feeling of space.

The three minor bedrooms are all queen sized with two of them also having built in robes. They all have ceiling fans. Two bedrooms are at the rear of the home with a lovely outlook across the backyard.

The main bathroom is huge with a large fully screened shower, vanity and the piece de resistance – a large corner spa bath. This room has also been tiled to the ceiling. There is a separate toilet at this end of the house.

Another highlight is the large country style laundry – A wall of floor to ceiling pine cupboards, provides ample storage space and leaves plenty of room to move. There is a sliding door to access the patio and backyard.

The inside of the house is well proportioned and laid out and the outside is just as well planned. There is a wide driveway that leads to a verandah off the front of a large, powered 6m x 9m workshop. This provides extra parking for cars, boats or caravans. There is also a separate double length carport adjoining the house.

Outdoor entertaining is catered for with a large gabled alfresco area which has retractable outdoor blinds and is easily accessed from both the living area and the laundry.

All of the garden beds are retained and the gardens are reticulated from a bore located on the property. The back yard is compact, retained and functional. There is also a wood shed and a small greenhouse.

Utility bills are kept to a minimum with a bore, a solar system with 3.5kw inverter and rainwater tanks.

This property has been meticulously planned for a busy beachside lifestyle. It has been well maintained and is immaculately presented. It is the perfect property for retirees, young families, or just spoil yourself and buy it as a holiday home.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
