NEAT AS A PIN

Beautifully looked after and well renovated by a caring long term owner, this lovely 1977 built brick home with new colorbond roof on a spacious 1,265m2 block would make an ideal first home or potential perfect retiree nest.

Set in a private, super quiet street this home has a gorgeous lush and attractive front and backyard settings that are fully auto reticulated off the bore and with many and varied sitting area nooks to enjoy your morning or afternoon tea/coffee.

Great for outdoor entertaining is a big elevated private paved gabled patio area off the living areas and nicely complimented by a wooden rear verandah deck as well as an extra decked gazebo area, along with several attractive wooden garden sheds that provide plenty of extra storage and add to that, 3 vegie boxes all set up for you to plant and still with backyard room for a pool or larger shed.

Other great outdoor areas are the new double carport with storeroom that is off the main front driveway that leads right through to a single roller door remote garage with bonus extra covered space at the side that is set up as a convenient powered workspace area, but all up is undercover parking for 3 cars or potential boat/caravan storage space.
The main house itself is full of natural light and with an open plan sunken lounge area as you enter and that features floating wooden floors and a ripper new wood fire to warm up the whole area.

The lounge area leads through to a renovated kitchen which was updated approx. 5 years ago with new benchtops, gas hotplates, electric oven and double pantry that overlooks the garden.

The 3 bedrooms all have new carpets and ceiling fans, with 2 of the bedrooms with built-in robes (with mirror robes to the main bedroom), which has a spacious renovated ensuite with a new vanity and shower over corner bath.

A fantastic bathroom conversion has also been done off the laundry where a 2nd bathroom with toilet and shower has been created along with a new wooden vanity and glass wash basin.

Ready to move straight into with brand new gas HWS.

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
