TWO FOR ONE

A fully renovated 3x1 home in a quiet cul-de-sac on a solid 716m2 block sounds quite appealing right from the start. But the really amazing part is off the back of the home where there is a fully independent granny flat, with a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with its own kitchen and living space, even its own patio area!
The ultimate set-up for the extended family!
Everything is basically upgraded or near new as you can see by the photos and is finished to a high standard! Heating and cooling options are covered, there is solar panels on the roof, raised garden beds, even a fully enclosed garage to maximise your storage options.
If it's room you need and the work having been done, then this property is really one of a kind and ticks every box!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
