This is what you have been waiting for.
57 Burtonia Way is an ultimate three bedroom one bathroom property and a future proof dual density R20/30 zoned 700 sqm block. A cool house with a great location and the perfect combo for a land bank investment. This gorgeous Forrestfield home packs a serious value punch throughout which makes it suitable for all the first home buyers, downsizers and savvy investors alike.
Inside this home is bright, inviting and warm. There are downlights throughout the whole property that in addition to the fresh paintjob and new flooring in the bedrooms give the property a really sleek modern feel. Nice! Towards the back of the property the kitchen has recently been entirely revamped and presents just as new. There are stainless steel Westinghouse appliances, gas cooking, rangehood, dishwasher and soft closing drawers to complete the package.
This is a classic Forrestfield property that really makes the most of its large 700 sqm parcel of land. The yards are easy care and the front has plenty of parking for guests. There is a secure carport on the right-hand side of the home that allows safe parking for two cars in tandem or direct drive through access right to the rear and the powered workshop beyond. There is a great entertaining patio out the back and plenty of space for both the kids and the fur babies too. It's hard not to picture a peaceful life here.
Lastly, this block is zoned R20/30 which means that there is some exciting subdivision potential for the future (subject to relevant approvals from the local shire and WAPC). With the clever removal of the workshop and the carport an owner may be able to completely retain the existing front home and create a whole brand new (ultra cool) two-storey property right at the rear.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
