What to love
From the street this property makes a clean, modern impression - a bright exterior and a low-maintenance frontage that set the tone for what's inside. Step in and the home is light, airy and welcoming, wrapped in a soft, warm neutral palette with wood-look flooring flowing throughout.
At its heart is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen zone built for everyday living. The kitchen is generously sized with great flow, ready for family life and easy entertaining alike, while a separate sunken theatre with a recessed ceiling gives you a dedicated space to retreat and unwind when the day is done.
The master is a true parents' retreat, with a large walk-in robe and a beautiful ensuite finished to impress - an extra-large shower and quality touches throughout. A clean and modern bathroom serves the two remaining bedrooms.
Outside, the thinking stays low-maintenance. A paved patio at the rear invites you to sit back and relax, while easy-care artificial lawn gives kids and pets room to play without the weekend upkeep - outdoor living made simple.
Best of all is the position: moments from nature reserves and parklands, a short trip to the beaches and the marina, with schools and shopping all close at hand.

Mindarie is an outer coastal suburb of Perth and forms part of the City of Wannerroo. The suburb was named after Lake Mindarie in nearby Carabooda and is a Noongar word meaning either "stand by" or "green water", first recorded by Alexander Forrest in 1874. After being briefly used for its limestone deposits in the early 20th century, the suburb was formally established in 1988 with the construction of the Mindarie Marina and hotel, one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state.
While Mindarie is mostly a residential suburb, it does have a fairly large amount of infrastructure and amenities with two minor shopping precincts. The suburb's coastline is taken up by the Mindarie Marina which is a popular tourist destination. Along the boardwalk, the marina contains a three-storey hotel, two restaurants, a microbrewery, a pub and cafe. There is also a primary school, Mindarie Primary School and a secondary school, Mindarie Secondary School, in the area.
