Million Dollar Views!

Built in 2016 with views to DIE for! What I love about this home is that the owners have absolutely made the most of the stunning views - you can soak in the magical sunsets from every room.

But wait, there’s more! From the moment you enter the front door you’ll be seriously impressed with the space, style, and beautiful timber floorboards throughout. The open plan kitchen, family and meals area opens out onto a wonderful patio and shows off the best view in the house - uninterrupted and all the way out to Perth city and the coast.

There’s also a huge theatre room or separate lounge, a big master bedroom with a walk in robe, a french balcony and an ensuite, 3 x king sized minor bedrooms with robe recesses, a stunning main bathroom, and a teenage retreat.

Forever homes like this don’t come on the market often, so be sure to put it at the top of your ‘must see’ list!

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
