Hasta La Vista ...

Light filled and lovely this spacious 3 bedroom home features 2 living areas and has been well kept by a caring owner.

It's been a boys house (call it an extended man cave) for the last 19 years so you'll need to look past the gym equipment and collectables -
PARENTS please, no young children to viewings as some items are fragile.

From a central foyer with double door entry one side leads to the main reception room which is open plan to dining area and the other way to a generous family room overlooked by a reasonably original kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, walk in pantry and garden outlook.

The main bedroom is generous featuring built ins and both minor bedrooms have built ins and study desk/dressing table - one of them features cute arched vestry windows - and a well appointed family bathroom has 3/4 height tiling, wide vanity and separate bath and shower.

Outside a bright covered patio area overlooks neat artificial turf leading to a fully fenced in ground pool. There is covered lock up parking under the main roof and a second paved area as well as additional hardstand - ideal for your van or boat.

There is a second gated entry leading from the street as well and roller shutters all round making the perfect lock and leave, or ideal investment with little to do.

Ideally situated on the Primary School side of High Rd, a short walk to Bannister Reserve, Whaleback Golf Course, award winning Lynwood Senior High School with public transport just around the corner, and Little VIP's Early Learning Centre, Bannister Primary and Lynwood Village Shopping Centre all inside the suburb.

Lynwood overview

In November 1964, the Shire of Canning proposed that this area be named "Willetton" after Henry Willett of Willett and Co." Early landholders in the area. In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton". This amendment was approved in 1965 and the name "Willetton" was used for an adjoining locality.
