Room for the Family, Boat and Workshop!!

If you’ve been waiting for the right Cervantes home at the right price, this well-presented home deserves a closer look. Now priced at $800,000, it offers the space, storage and easy-care coastal lifestyle many buyers are searching for.
Set in a quiet location not far from the coast, this single-storey double-brick-and-tile home was built in 2001 and designed for comfortable everyday living. The open kitchen, dining and family area is air-conditioned, giving the home a practical central hub, while the separate air-conditioned lounge provides a second living space for relaxing, entertaining or simply spreading out.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is room for family, guests or holiday use. Outside, the alfresco area adds an inviting place to enjoy the Cervantes climate, while the bore reticulated grounds help keep maintenance manageable.
One of the real advantages here is the extra space for vehicles, tools, toys and hobbies. Along with the double garage, the property includes double-gate side access through to a large powered shed, making it ideal for buyers wanting secure storage, workshop space, boat parking, or room for extra gear.
This is a home that presents well, offers genuine practicality and is now positioned with a more attractive asking price. If you’re looking for a solid coastal property with family-sized living, shed space and easy single-level access, arrange an inspection and see the value for yourself.

Cervantes overview

The townsite of Cervantes, a fishing settlement on the west coast near Jurien Bay and Nambung National Park, was gazetted in 1963. It is named after nearby Cervantes Islands, which in turn are named after the "Cervantes", an American whaler, wrecked just north of the islands on the 20th July 1844. The "Cervantes" was under the command of Captain Gibson at the time of the shipwreck and the survivors walked about 160 kilometres south along the coast to Fremantle. At the time of naming of the townsite it was thought that the islands had been named "Cervantes" by the Baudin Expedition of 1801-03 after a Spanish author, and, as a result, many of the streets received Spanish names.
